AT a Meeting of the Motueka Highway Board,
held this 5th day of August, 1876, it appear-
ing that a period of Forty clear days has elapsed
since the plans of the proposed alterations of roads
numbered respectively 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 7, 8, 9, 10,
11, 12, and 13, were deposited at the office of the
Board, and since notice was published in the Provin-
cial Government Gazette, dated 31st May, 1876, and
that no objections to the said alterations have been
made by any person, and it appearing expedient to
the said Board that the said alterations should be
made,

It is ordered that the said alterations of roads
should be made in accordance with the said plans, and

It is further ordered that a copy of this Order
together with true copies of the said plans so de-
posited as aforesaid, be transmitted to His Honor
the Superintendent, the said Order being first pub-
lished in the Provincial Government Gazette and in
the Colonist newspaper, pursuant to the thirty-third
section of "The Highway Boards Empowering Act,
1871."

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEA-
LAND, CENTRAL WESTLAND DISTRICT.

DAWSON, Execution Creditor, v. PITT, Execution
Debtor. Judgment 23rd day of June, 1876.

NOTICE is hereby given, that it is my intention to
cause all that parcel of land in the Province of
Nelson, New Zealand, situate and fronting on Ross
Town, Reefton, being Sections 539 and 540 on the
map of the Chief Surveyor of the Province of Nelson,
setting out and describing the town of Reefton afore-
said, bounded on the east by the western boundary of
Section 538, on the south by the northern boundary
of Sections 806 and 807, on the west by the eastern
boundary of Section 541, and on the north by Ross
Town or South Strand, to be sold after the expira-
tion of three calendar months from this date, unless
the above judgment debt be sooner paid; And the
value of the estate or interest of the execution debtor
in such lands intended to be sold is freehold; And
further, that such lands on the estate or interest of
the said execution debtor therein have been taken in
execution at the suit of the said execution creditor.

The time and place fixed for such intended sale is
the 11th day of November, 1876, at twelve o'clock
noon, at Reefton, in the Province of Nelson, and
EDWARD SHAW is the name of the Sheriff under whose
authority such sale is advertised, and the name and
address of the solicitor for the execution creditor is
WILLIAM SYDNEY STAITE, of Bridge-street, Reefton
aforesaid.

Dated this 27th day of July, 1876.
