IT is hereby notified for general information that, in accordance with the provisions of \"The Education Act, 1863,\" the undermentioned persons were duly elected members of the Local Committee of Education for the district of Motupiko, at the annual meeting of ratepayers held at the school-house, Motupiko, on the 9th ultimo, viz :—

THE Voters of the District of Westport having failed to elect Four Persons to fill the vacancies in the Local Committee of Education for the District, the Deputy-Superintendent has, in accordance with the provisions of the 10th Section of \"The Education Act, 1863,\" appointed
