THE Voters of the District of Cobden having neglected, on the day appointed for that purpose, to elect two persons to fill the vacancies in the Local Committee of Education for that District, the Superintendent has, in accordance with the provisions of the 10th Section of \"The Education Act, 1863,\" appointed

members of the Local Committee of Education for the District of Cobden.

A NEW Education District, to be called the Eighty-eight Valley Education District, is hereby constituted, the boundaries whereof are as follow:—
On the East—the eastern boundary of Sections 21, 37, and 4.
On the North—the Upper Wakefield Education District.
On the West—the western boundary of Sections 59 and 60.
On the South—a line drawn from the south-western extremity of No. 60 to the south-eastern angle of No. 4.

THE Superintendent directs it to be notified that, in accordance with the provisions of \"The Education Act, 1863,\" he has appointed Friday, the 16th day of June instant, at Twelve o\'clock noon, for the Election of a Local Committee for the District of Eighty-eight Valley, and that the Election shall be held at the School-house at Eighty-eight Valley.
