NOTICE is hereby given that, in accordance with the provisions of \"The Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1874,\" the undermentioned Crown Lands have been reserved for purposes of public utility:—

WEST WANGANUI.

All that block of Land, containing one hundred and twenty acres, be the same more or less, situated near the \"Carved Rocks,\" Muddy Creek, West Wanganui Inlet, and bounded on the northward, westward, and southward by highwater mark, in the said Inlet, and on the eastward 3100 links by Crown Land.

MATAKITAKI.

All that block of Land, situated in the District of Matakitaki, containing forty acres, be the same more or less, bounded on the north-ward by the River Buller, on the eastward (250 links), southward (1200 links), and westward (800 links) by public roads. Excepting the public road, one chain in width, which crosses the said block hereby reserved.

MARUIA.

All that block of Land, containing six thousand acres, be the same more or less, situated in the District of the Maruia, bounded on the northward (52,000 links and 18,800), eastward (8400 links), southward (20,400 links and 52,000 links), and westward (8400 links) by Crown Lands—the northward boundary commencing at a point about 150 chains from the junction of the River Alfred with the Maruia.
