THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof, to grant leases for Goldmining purposes of the Crown Lands within the district of the South-West Goldfields hereinafter described, viz.:—
CHARLESTON DISTRICT.

A block of land, containing 5 acres, more or less, situated at Woodpecker Terrace. Applied for by Alexander Davidson.

A block of land, containing 6 acres, 1 rood, and 35 perches, more or less, situated at Deep Lead Candlelight, No. 173 C. Applied for by George Patterson and others.

A block of land, containing 2 acres, 2 roods, and 7 perches, more or less, situated at Four-mile, No. 176, c. Applied for by Michael Flanagan and Hugh Flanagan.

A block of land, containing 5 acres, 3 roods, and 26 perches, more or less, situated at Welshman's Terrace, No. 171 C. Applied for by William Robertson and others.
GREY DISTRICT.

A block of land, containing 10 acres, more or less, situated at Orwell, No. 101 G. Applied for by Antonio Giambonini.

A block of land, containing 10 acres, more or less, situated at Orwell Creek, No. 102 G. Applied for by Joseph Roberts and party.
COLLINGWOOD DISTRICT.

A block of land, containing 4 acres, 2 roods and 26 perches, more or less, situated at Parapara. Applied for by R. Caldwell and others.

A block of land, containing 4 acres, more or less, situated at Richmond Hill. Applied for by H. P. Washbourne.

A block of land, containing 5 acres, 8 roods and 13 perches, more or less, situated north of Glen Gyle Goldmining Lease. Applied for by R. M'Grane and others.

IT is hereby notified that the SUPERINTENDENT has directed the following Goldmining Leases to be cancelled, viz.:—
CHARLESTON DISTRICT.
Lease No. 160 C, dated 1st January 1875, granted to John Walsh—area, 5 acres, situated at Woodpecker Terrace.
INANGAHUA DISTRICT.
Lease No. 1, South Rainy Creek, Nil Desperandum, dated 1st January 1874, granted to Joseph George Walsh and others—area, 6 acres, 3 roods, 39 perches.
Lease No. 110 R, known as No. 1 North Rainy Creek, dated 1st July 1874, granted to Nicol Ramsay.
