THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that he has cancelled the Gold-mining Leases hereinafter described, viz :--
COLLINGWOOD DISTRICT.
- Gold-mining Lease, No. 34, granted to George Braddock. Date, 1st October, 1873. Area, two acres, situated at Collingwood.
BULLER DISTRICT.

Gold-mining Lease, No. 25 B. Dated 2nd January, 1871. Granted to Michael Carmody. Area, eight acres and nineteen perches. Situated at Addison's Flat.

Gold-mining Lease, No. 146 B. Situated at Caledonian Terrace. Dated 1st July, 1872. Area, two acres. Granted to John Braithwaite.

Gold-mining Lease, No. 165 B. Situated at Frenchman's Terrace, Addison's Flat. Dated 1st October, 1873. Area, nine acres and five perches. Granted to Peter Halligan and others.

THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that, in accordance with Section 8 of "The Education Act, 1863," the undermentioned persons were duly elected Members of the Local Committee of Education for the City of Nelson at the Annual Meeting of Ratepayers held at the Court-house, Nelson, on the 11th day of June, 1875 :--
