THE Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has appointed, under the provisions of the "Public Cemeteries Act, 1859," the undermentioned gentlemen to be TRUSTEES for the management of the following Cemeteries, viz.:—

IT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof, to GRANT a Lease for Gold-mining purposes, of the Crown Land within the District of Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz:—
A block of land containing Four acres one rood and six perches, more or less, situated at the Back Lead, Charleston. Applied for by William Wilson, Job Gregory and others.
