NOTICE is hereby given that, in accordance with the provisions of the section 12 of "The Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863," Sections Nos. 56, 57, and 58, Westport Suburban, which were notified in the Nelson Government Gazette, of the 30th April, 1866, as reserved from sale for public purposes, will be otherwise disposed of.
