NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

Superintendent's Office, Nelson,
June 9, 1874.

IT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof, to Grant a Lease, for Goldmining purposes, of the Crown Land within the District of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz.:—

GREY DISTRICT.

A block of land containing seven acres one rood and seven perches, more or less, situated at Mabille Town, Half-ounce. Applied for by George Erickson and party.

IT is hereby notified that the Superintendent has Refused to Grant the undermentioned applications for Goldmining Leases, viz.:—

  1. Application of George Wright, Star of the South Company, for a block of land containing five acres three roods and thirty-one perches, situated at Boatman's Creek, Inangahua.

  2. Application of Thomas Kennedy, Dawn O'Day Company, for a block of land containing three acres, situated at the Alpine Range, Lyell.

IT is hereby notified that the Superintendent has Refused to Grant the undermentioned applications for Agricultural Leases, viz.:—

INANGAHUA.

  1. Application of William Mailman for a block of land containing fifty acres, more or less, situated at the Landing.

  2. Application of John Roberts for a block of land containing forty-three acres three roods and twelve perches, more or less, situated at Larry's Creek.

  3. Application of Peter O'Neil for a block of land containing twenty-five acres one rood and eight perches, more or less, situated at Larry's Creek.

IT is hereby notified that it is intended, after the expiration of two months from the date hereof, unless good cause be shown to the contrary, to grant a Special Claim to John Henebury and party, of a block of land containing twenty-five acres one rood and twenty perches, more or less, situated at Cement Lead, Waite's Pakihis, Buller District.
