NOTICE is hereby given that, in accordance with the provisions of "The Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863," the undermentioned Crown Lands have been reserved for public purposes :—

AS A RESTING-PLACE FOR TRAVELLING STOCK.

All that block of land, containing two hundred acres, situated at Neville's Creek, on the river Doubtful, in the district of the Hope, being Section numbered 1 on Square 184 of the Plan of the Province of Nelson.

FOR PURPOSES OF A RAILWAY.

Sections Nos. 681, 682, 695, 696, 709, 710, 724, 737, 738, 751, 752, 765, 766, 779, and 793, in the Town of Westport.
