NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

Superintendent's Office, Nelson,
April 23, 1874.

THE Voters in the District of LYELL having failed to elect a Board for the purposes of "The Goldfields Local Revenues Act, 1873," the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has, in accordance with the provisions of Section 20 of the said Act, appointed the undermentioned gentlemen a Board for the said District of Lyell, for the purposes of the said Act, viz :—

James Ryan,
William Burns,
John Fennel,
Peter Stephen Dempsey,
Robert Cairns,
David Leslie.

THE Voters in the District of COBDEN having failed to fill up the vacancies in the Local Revenues Board, as provided by Clause 15 of "The Goldfields Local Revenues Act, 1873," the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has, in accordance with the provisions of Clause 20 of the said Act, appointed

William Harvey Boase,
Patrick Regan,
Thomas Gunn

to be Members of the Local Revenues Board for the District of Cobden.
