NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE. 23

  1. The holders of any plots of burial ground shall observe such rules with regard to enclosing, fencing, and decent maintenance of the same, as shall from time to time be laid down by the Trustees.

  2. The top of any coffin deposited in any part of the cemetery shall not be less than five feet below the natural level of the soil.

  3. All graves shall be dug by some person duly appointed by the Trustees.

Approved by the Superintendent and Executive Council, this 18th day of March, 1873.

AT a Meeting of the Moutere Road Board held at the Moutere this 7th day of December, 1872, it was ordered that the several works and undertakings described in the Nelson Provincial Government Gazette of the 28th day of September, 1872, hereunto annexed and numbered respectively 2, 3, 4, and 5, should be executed according to the Specifications, Maps, Plans, Sections, and elevations, also hereunto annexed.

IN accordance with the provisions of "The Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863," section 9, Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned portion of the Waste Lands of the Crown within the Province of Nelson, have been Reserved by the Waste Lands Board, for purposes of public utility.

DISTRICT OF GOLDEN BAY.

All that allotment of land situated at Parapara, containing by admeasurement seventeen acres and two roods, being Section Numbered 103, on Square 14 of the Plan of the Province. Bounded on the northward, eastward, and westward by highwater mark, Parapara Mud-flat, and on the southward by a Native Reserve.

Also, all that other allotment of land situated at Parapara, containing by admeasurement one acre and two roods, being Section Numbered 104, on Square 14 of the Plan of the Province. Bounded on the northward by highwater mark, Parapara Mud-flat; eastward, partly by Section Numbered 63, Milnthorpe Suburban, partly by public road; westward, by Section Numbered 71, Milnthorpe Suburban.
