NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.
PROTECTION FOR TRAMWAY, REEFTON TO BLACK'S POINT—CANCELLED.
NOTICE is hereby given that the PROTECTION granted by me, under the provisions of "The Goldfields Act 1866," bearing date the 16th day of January, 1873, and published in the Nelson Provincial Government Gazette, No. 5, of the 20th January, 1873, to the Reefton Tramway Company for a Tramway to be constructed from Reefton to Black's Point, Inangahua, in the Province of Nelson, is hereby CANCELLED, and all rights of the said Company to charge tolls for the use of the said Tramway cease from and after this date.
