THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that the Order made by the Moutere Road Board on the 7th day of December, 1872, for the alteration of certain lines of road in the Moutere District described in the Nelson Provincial Government Gazette of the 28th day of September, 1872, and numbered therein respectively 2, 3, 4 and 5, has this day been confirmed by him in accordance with the provisions of "The Highway Boards Empowering Act 1871."
