Crown Lands Office, Nelson,
May 7, 1873.

IN accordance with the provisions of "The Nelson Waste Lands Act 1863," Section 9, Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned parcel of Crown Land within the Province of Nelson, has been reserved by the Waste Lands Board for a Cemetery, viz :β€”

All that allotment of land containing by admeasurement one acre and nine perches, situated in the District of Riwaka, being part of Section numbered 64 on the plan of the said District; bounded on the Northward by a reserve for a school (846 links), Eastward (125 links), and Southward (846 links), by other parts of the said Section 64, and Westward by a public road (125 links).

NOTICE is hereby given that the Sections at Totara Flat, Square 122, advertised to be offered at Auction on the 27th inst., are Withdrawn from Sale.
