IN accordance with the provisions of "The Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863," notice is hereby given that the undermentioned portion of the Waste Lands of the Crown within the Province of Nelson, has been reserved by the Waste Lands Board for public purposes.

FOR PUBLIC UTILITY.

A block of land containing about Sixty acres, situated at the junction of the River Hope with the River Buller, extending up the Hope for about thirty chains, and having a frontage to the Buller of about ten chains on each side of the said junction.

NOTICE is hereby given that a portion of the Public Reserve at Suburban North, known as No. 57 A, will be disposed of for public uses, by exchange for a piece of adjoining freehold land.
