I, The Undersigned, HENRY GEORGE HANKIN, hereby make application to register the INTERNATIONAL COMPANY, REGISTERED, under the provisions of the Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865, and Amendment Acts 1869, 1870, 1871; and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

- The name and style of the Company is the Wealth of Nations Quartz-Mining Company, Registered.
- The place of intended operations is at Sailor's Creek, Inangahua, in the Province of Nelson.
- The nominal capital of the Company is thirty-two thousand five hundred pounds, in six thousand five hundred shares of five pounds each.
- The amount of capital already paid-up is sixteen thousand two hundred and fifty pounds, being the value of the claim at this present date.
- The name of the manager is George William Moss.
- The office of the Company is at Reefton, in the province of Nelson.
