eastward 350 links; southward 1190 links, and
westward 350 links, by Crown Lands.

OROWAIITI,

FOR A CEMETERY.

All that allotment of Land containing by ad-
measurement, three acres and three roods, more
or less, bounded on the northward by section
numbered 33 on the plan of the district of
Orowaiiti, 600 links; on the south-eastward, by
Crown Lands, 680 links; on the south-westward
by the bank adjoining the Orowaiiti mudflat;
and on the north-westward by Crown Land,
560 links.

SOUTH SPIT, RIVER BULLER,

CATTLE-LANDING PLACE.

All that allotment of Land containing by ad-
measurement, four acres, two roods, and
eighteen perches, more or less, bounded on the
northward partly by a public road, 760 links,
and partly by a lagoon; on the eastward, by
Crown Lands, 260 links; on the southward, by
the public road leading to Charleston, 1750
links.

INANGAHUA,

FOR A FERRY.

All that allotment of Land containing by ad-
measurement, forty-five acres two roods twenty-
eight perches, more or less, bounded on the
northward and eastward partly by a public road
on the banks of the Inangahua, and partly by
section numbered 1 on Square 134 on the plan
of the Province of Nelson; on the southward,
by section numbered 2 on the said square, 3175
links; and on the westward by a public road 2615
links.

ADDISON'S ROAD.

FOR A CEMETERY.

All that allotment of Land containing by ad-
measurement one acre three roods and thirty-
six perches, more or less, bounded on the
northward 500 links; and eastward 425 links ;
by public roads; on the southward by Crown
Lands, 500 links; and on the westward by
Crown Lands, 425 links.
