IN accordance with the provisions of "The Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863," section 9, Notice is hereby given that the undermentioned portions of the Waste Lands of the Crown, within the Province of Nelson, have been Reserved by the Waste Lands Board, for public purposes.

AT WESTPORT.

FOR A RECREATION GROUND.

All that allotment of Land containing by admeasurement twelve acres two roods and thirty perches, more or less, bounded on the northward by the road adjoining the sea-beach, 430 links, and 1600 links; on the eastward, by Domet-street, 625 links; on the southward, by Cobden-street, 1600 links, and 430 links; and on the westward, by Derby-street, 625 links.

AS A MUNICIPAL RESERVE.

All that allotment of Land containing by admeasurement, two hundred and ninety-seven acres two roods and twentyperches, more or less, bounded on the northward partly by Cobden-street, 430 links, and 1600 links, and partly by Roebuck-street, 2200 links, and 1800 links; on the eastward by Domett-street, 3075 links, and 7815 links; on the southward partly by Stafford-street, 3800 links, and 1100 links, and partly by suburban section 7, 1200 links; and on the westward partly by the said section 7, 500 links, partly by the public road on the banks of the river Buller, and partly by Derby-street, 5775 links, and 3400 links, excepting those portions of Brougham-street and Queen-street which cross the said allotment of land.
