IN accordance with the provisions of "The Nelson Waste Lands Act, 1863," NOTICE is hereby given that the undermentioned portions of the Waste Lands of the Crown, within the Province of Nelson, have been Reserved by the Waste Lands Board for public purposes.

I, THE undersigned, DANIEL BUNTIN, hereby make application to Register the JUST-IN-TIME GOLDMINING COMPANY, REGISTERED, under the provisions of the Mining Companies Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869, 1870, and 1871, and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is the Just-in-Time Goldmining Company, registered.

  2. The place of intended operations is at Clark's Reef, Boatman's Creek, in the Province of Nelson.

  3. The nominal Capital of the Company is Twenty-eight thousand pounds, in twenty-eight thousand shares of one pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up in cash is nil, in partly paid-up shares is twelve thousand pounds, being the estimated value of the claim and work done thereon; the amount allotted to the shareholders is twenty-four thousand shares, the remaining four thousand shares being held in reserve by the Company.

  5. The name of the Manager is Daniel Buntin.

  6. The office of the Company is at Reefton, in the Province of Nelson.

  7. The names and several residences of the shareholders, and the number of shares held by each at this date are as follows:—

I, THE undersigned, ROBERT PRESTON BAIN, hereby make application to Register the ROSE OF LANCASTER GOLDMINING COMPANY, REGISTERED, under the provisions of the Mining Companies Limited Liability Act Amendment Acts, 1869, 1870, and 1871, and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true in every particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is the Rose of Lancaster Goldmining Company registered.

  2. The place of operations is at Boatman's Creek, Inangahua district.

  3. The nominal Capital of the Company is Thirteen thousand two hundred pounds, in thirteen thousand two hundred shares of one pound each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Four thousand nine hundred and fifty pounds, representing the value of the claim.

  5. The name of the Manager is Robert Preston Bain.
