NOTICE is hereby given that the Public Reserve in Charleston, notified in the Provincial Government Gazette, No. 5, of February 17, 1872, and described as follows:β
Also all that other allotment of land, containing by admeasurement, eight perches, more or less, bounded on the Northward by section 349 (100 links), on the eastward by Camp-street (50 links), on the southward by a public road (100 links), and on the westward by section 370 (50 links).
has by direction of the Waste Lands Board been increased in size, and that therefore the amended description will be as follows:β
All that allotment of land, containing by admeasurement one rood sixteen perches, more or less, bounded on the northward by sections Nos. 376, 373, 371, 369 and 348 (350 links), eastward by Camp-street (100 links), southward by a public road (350 links), and westward by Rotten Row (100 links).
