NOTICE is hereby given, that it is intended to introduce a BILL in the next session of the Nelson Provincial Council, to authorise the taking of land for a Road, between Sections 135, 137, and 173, in the District of Waimea East, and that Plan and Books of Reference have been deposited with the CLERK OF THE COUNCIL, the COMMISSIONER OF CROWN LANDS, and with Mr. W. STEER, Constable of Waimea East aforesaid.
