IT is hereby notified, that it is intended, after the expiration of Two Months from the date hereof, to grant Leases for Gold-Mining Purposes of the Crown Land within the District of the Nelson South-west Goldfields, hereinafter described, viz.:—

1. A Block of Land, containing Four Acres, more or less, situated at Darkie's Terrace, Charleston. Applied for by ALEXANDER M'MULLEN.

2. A Block of Land, containing Four Acres One Rood and Eight Perches, more or less, situated at Back Lead Charleston. Applied for by MARTIN CARROLL and others.

3. A Block of Land, containing Five Acres Three Roods and Seventeen Perches, more or less, situated at Back Lead, Charleston. Applied for by JAMES WALKER and others.
