ALTERATION OF ROAD.

THE undersigned give notice, that they intend to apply to two or more Justices of the Peace, at a Sitting to be held on WEDNESDAY, the 23rd day of August, 1871, at the Court-house, Nelson, for an order for STOPPING-UP the undermentioned portion of a ROAD, and that they have caused a Survey Plan of the same, together with a Book of Reference, to be deposited with the CLERK TO THE MAGISTRATES, at Nelson, and at the POLICE OFFICE, Nelson, viz.:β€”

To stop-up part of a Road in the City of Nelson, lending through Sections 16 and 17, on the Plan of the said City, to Land granted to EDWARD WILLIAM STAFFORD, Esq., and which said part of a Road is shown by the pink color on the Plan attached to this application.
