NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with the
Provisions of "The Gold-Mining Lease Regulation," the undermentioned applications for Gold-Mining Leases have been withdrawn, viz:—

  1. THOMAS HERST and others—10 Acres, situated
    at Fairdown's, Buller District. (Notice of
    intention to grant this Lease published in
    Gazette No. 33, 1870.)

  2. RICHARD LYN BLACKMORE—10 Acres,
    situated at Fairdown's, Buller District.
    (Notice of intention to grant this Lease
    published in Gazette No. 33, 1870.)

  3. JAMES CLINTON and others—10 Acres,
    situated at Fairdown's, Buller District.

  4. FERGUS BARROWMAN and others—10 Acres,
    situated at Fairdown's, Buller District.

  5. ALEXANDER PATRICK and others—7 Acres,
    situated at Giles's Terrace, Buller District.

NOTICE is hereby given, that, in accordance
with the Provisions of "The Gold-Mining
Lease Regulations," the undermentioned, Gold-Mining Lease is declared forfeited, viz:—

Lease dated 1st January, 1870, to DANIEL
MALONEY, of Five Acres, situated at
Addison's Flat, Buller District.

IN accordance with the Provisions of the 2nd and
3rd Sections of "The Public Cemeteries Act,
1859," the SUPERINTENDENT has appointed the
undermentioned gentlemen TRUSTEES for the manage-
ment of the MOTUEKA PUBLIC CEMETERY, viz:—

WILLIAM COPPINS, JUN.,
FREDERICK GREENWOOD,
HENRY ALEXANDER TARRANT.

DISSOLUTION OF PARTNERSHIP.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the PARTNERSHIP
subsisting between JOHN SNOWDEN and
GEORGE SNOWDEN, of Waimea East, Nelson, Farmers,
was DISSOLVED by MUTUAL CONSENT, on and from
this 12th day of December, in the year of our Lord
One thousand eight hundred and seventy.
