NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.

I, THE UNDERSIGNED, GEORGE WILLIAM MOSS,
hereby make application to register "THE
GOLDEN HILL QUARTZ MINING COMPANY, REGIS-
TERED," under the provisions of the "Mining Com-
panies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly
and sincerely declare that the following statement is,
to the best of my belief and knowledge true in every
particular, namely:—

  1. The name and style of the Company is "The
    Golden Hill Quartz Mining Company, Regis-
    tered."

  2. The place of operations is the right-hand branch
    of the Moonlight Creek, in the Province of
    Nelson and Colony of New Zealand.

  3. The nominal capital of the Company is Five
    Thousand Pounds, in One Thousand Shares of
    £5 each.

  4. The amount already paid up is Two Hundred
    and Seventy-One Pounds, Ten Shillings, of
    which One Hundred and Seventy One Pounds,
    Ten Shillings, has been paid in cash, and One
    Hundred Pounds in Twenty fully paid-up
    Shares, allotted to Maurice Hearn, the Overseer
    of the Company.

  5. The name of the Manager is George William
    Moss.

  6. The Office of the Company is at the office of the
    said George William Moss, in Albert-street, in
    the Town of Greymouth, in the County of
    Westland.

  7. The Names and several Residences of the Share-
    holders, and the Number of Shares held by
    each at this date are as follows:—
