NOTICE is hereby given that, in consequence of the annual rent due on the several Depasturage Licenses and Leases specified below not having been paid at the date of the 1st day of April, 1870, and of their having thereby become void, the said Licenses and Leases will be offered for sale by auction on SATURDAY, the 11th day of June next, at the Crown Lands Office, Nelson, at 12 o\'clock noon.
