NOTICE is hereby given, in pursuance of Section
17 of the Gold-mining Lease Regulations, that
the following Gold-mining Lease is declared forfeited,
the Lessee having neglected to execute and take
delivery thereof within a reasonable time, in accordance
with the said Section, viz.:—

Joseph Forsyth: one acre and two roods, District
of Collingwood. Published in Gazette
No. 60, 1868.

IT is hereby notified that it is intended after the
expiration of two months from the date hereof, to
grant Leases for Gold-mining purposes of the Crown
Land, within the District of the Nelson South-west
Gold-fields, hereinafter described, viz.:—

  1. A Block of Land containing Two acres, three
    roods, and thirty perches, more or less,
    situated at Hargreaves' Terrace, Charleston,
    applied for by Philip M'Carthy and Joseph
    Faulkner.

  2. A Block of Land containing Three acres and
    twelve perches, more or less, situated at
    Back Lead, Charleston, applied for by Daniel
    Lawlor.

  3. A Block of Land containing Three acres, three
    roods, and ten perches, more or less, situated
    at Argyle Terrace, Charleston, applied for
    by Hugh Boyle and Thomas Ware.
