NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.
I, THE UNDERSIGNED, JAMES DRUMMOND MACPHERSON, hereby make application to register the "STARLIGHT GOLD MINING COMPANY, REGISTERED," under the provisions of the "Mining Companies Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my knowledge and belief, true in every particular:—
- The name and style of the Company is the "Starlight Gold Mining Company, Registered."
- The place of operations is on the Nelson Southwest Goldfields, near the claim of the Moonlight Gold Mining Company, Registered.
- The nominal capital of the Company is Two Thousand Pounds (£2000) in Two Hundred (£400) Shares of Five Pounds (£5) each.
- The amount already paid up is Five Hundred and Eighty Eight Pounds (£588), of which Two Hundred and Eighty Eight Pounds (£288) has been paid in cash, and Three Hundred Pounds (£300) in Sixty full paid-up shares held by the Manager in trust for the Company.
- The name of the Manager is James Drummond Macpherson.
- The Office of the Company is at the offices of the said James Drummond Macpherson, in Cashel-street in the City of Christchurch, in the Province of Canterbury.
- The Names and several Residences of the Shareholders, and the number of Shares held by each at this date, are as follows:—
