IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868."
NOTICE is hereby given, that JAMES BENTLEY, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, Merchant, did on Saturday, the Thirteenth day of February, 1869, file in the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th Section of "the Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a declaration that he, the said JAMES BENTLEY, was unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.

NOTICE is hereby given, that Friday, the 26th day of February, 1869, at the hour of Ten of the clock in the forenoon, at the Court-house, Nelson, has been appointed as the time and place for a public sitting of the Court for the Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and to make application for his discharge.
