IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868."
NOTICE is hereby given, that WILLIAM LLOYD, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Hay, Corn, and Coal Dealer, did on Wednesday, the Twentieth day of January, 1869, file at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th Section of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a Declaration that he the said William Lloyd was unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.
Dated this Twentieth day of January, 1869.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868," and in the matter of JOHN LOCKETT, of the City of Nelson, Gentleman, a Bankrupt.
NOTICE is hereby given, that on account of the non-attendance of Creditors, the meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Bankrupt was this day adjourned by the Registrar of this Honourable Court, until Friday, the 22nd day of January, 1869, at the hour of Three o'clock in the afternoon, at the Court House, Nelson.
