NOTICE is hereby given, that in consequence of the ANNUAL RENT DUE on the seven DEPASTURAGE LICENSES specified below not having been PAID AT the date of the 1st day of July last, and their having become void, the said LICENSES will be OFFERED for SALE by AUCTION, on SATURDAY, the 28th day of August next, at the Crown Lands Office, Nelson. Sale to commence at Twelve o'clock noon.
