IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1865," and in the matter of JOHN LOCKETT, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, Gentleman.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the said JOHN LOCKETT was this day adjudged Bankrupt upon his own petition: And, notice is hereby further given, that the order of adjudication is absolute, and prescribes Friday, the 15th day of January, 1869, at Three of the clock in the afternoon, at the Court-house, Nelson, as the day, hour, and place for the first meeting of the Creditors of the said Bankrupt, and that the time prescribed by the said order, within which the Bankrupt is required to surrender, is Friday, the said 15th day of January, 1869, at the hour of One of the clock in the afternoon, at the said Court-house, Nelson.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868," and in the matter of RICHARD PERCIVAL, of the City of Nelson, Plasterer, a Bankrupt.

NOTICE is hereby given, that Friday, the 22nd day of January, 1869, at the hour of Ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-house, Nelson, has been appointed as the time and place for a Public Sitting of the Court for the Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and to make application for his discharge.

NOTICE is hereby given, that JOHN M'ALLISTER, of Renwicktown, in the Province of Marlborough, Hotelkeeper, did on Tuesday, the 5th day of January, 1869, file at the office of the Deputy-Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Blenheim, pursuant to the 45th section of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a declaration that he the said JOHN M'ALLISTER was unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.
