IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, Amendment Act, 1868," and in the matter of RICHARD BECKFORD SCOTT, of the City of Nelson, Shipwright.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the said RICHARD BECKFORD SCOTT, was this day adjudged Bankrupt upon his own petition. And notice is hereby further given, that the order of adjudication is absolute, and proscribes Monday, the 8th day of March, 1869, at three of the clock in the afternoon, at the Court-house, Nelson, as the day, hour, and place for the first meeting of the creditors of the said Bankrupt, and that the time prescribed by the said order, within which the Bankrupt is required to surrender is Monday, the said eighth day of March, 1869, at the hour of one of the clock in the afternoon, at the said Court-house, Nelson.

NOTICE is hereby given, that Friday, the 12th day of March, 1869, at the hour of Ten of the clock, in the forenoon, at the Court-House, Nelson, has been appointed as the time and place, for a public sitting of the Court, for the Bankrupt to pass his last examination, and to make application for his discharge.
