NELSON GOVERNMENT GAZETTE.
NOTICE is hereby given, that his Honor Mr. JUSTICE RICHMOND, by an order under his hand, has this day appointed
THE COLONIST
Newspaper, published in the City of Nelson, to be, on and from after the 1st day of March next, the GAZETTE for the purposes of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868," for such portion of the Province of Nelson as lies to the Northward and Eastward of a line drawn straight from Bock's Point to the summit of Mount Arthur, and thence due South to the Southern boundary of the Judicial District of Nelson, in lieu of the Provincial Government Gazette, of the said Province.

IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868," and in the matter of WILLIAM LLOYD, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, Hay, Corn, and Coal Dealer, a Bankrupt.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the Meeting of Creditors, advertised in the Gazette to take place at the Court House, in Nelson, this day, at 3 o'clock in the afternoon, is Adjourned until Monday, the First day of March, 1869, at the Court House, in Nelson, aforesaid, at Three o'clock in the Afternoon.

NOTICE is hereby given, that WILLIAM GREEN, of Waimea East, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Farmer, did on Monday, the 22nd day of February, 1869, file at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court, of New Zealand, pursuant to the 45th Section of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a declaration that he, the said WILLIAM GREEN, was unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.

NOTICE is hereby given, that JOHN JONES HORNBY, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Auctioneer, Commission Agent, &c., did on Tuesday, the 23rd day of February, 1869, file at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th Section of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a declaration that he, the said JOHN JONES HORNBY, was unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.
