IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868," and in the matter of WILLIAM LLOYD, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, Hay, Corn, and Coal Dealer.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the said WILLIAM LLOYD was this day adjudged Bankrupt upon his own petition. And notice is hereby further given, that the Order of Adjudication is absolute, and prescribes Monday, the 22nd day of February, 1869, at Three of the Clock in the afternoon, at the Court-house, Nelson, as the day, hour, and place, for the first meeting of the Creditors of the said Bankrupt; and that the time prescribed by the said order within which the Bankrupt is required to surrender is Monday, the 22nd day of February, 1869, at the said Court-house.

Dated this 12th day of February, 1869.
