NOTICE is hereby given, that the hearings of the Petitions in the above matters respectively, were this day adjourned by his Honor EDWARD CLARKE, Esquire, Judge of the District Court of Westland North, until the 7th day of April next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, Westport, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand.

NOTICE is hereby given, that WILLIAM COURTNEY, of Brighton, in the Zealand, Tramway Proprietor, has this day filed in the above Court, a declaration of his insolvency.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of CHARLES FLOOD, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Tailor.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the said CHARLES FLOOD was this day adjudged Bankrupt upon his own Petition: And notice is hereby further given, that the order of adjudication is absolute, and prescribes Saturday, the 29th day of February, 1868, at Twelve of the clock at noon, at the Court-House, Nelson, at the day, and hour, and place, for the first meeting of the Creditors of the Bankrupt, and that the time prescribed by the said order, within which the Bankrupt is required to surrender, is Saturday, the 29th day of February, 1868, at the hour of Ten of the clock in the forenoon, at the said Court-House.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the above-named CHARLES MARTON FOX was this day adjudicated Bankrupt; and further, that the order of adjudication prescribes Monday, the 2nd day of March next, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, Westport, as the day, hour, and place for holding the first meeting of Creditors.
