In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868."
NOTICE is hereby given, that WILLIAM AKERSTEN, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Ships Chandler, has this day filed in this honorable Court, a declaration of his insolvency.

NOTICE is hereby given that Tuesday, the 22nd day of December, 1868, at the hour of Ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, Nelson, has been appointed as the time and place for a Public Sitting of the Court, for the Bankrupt to pass his last examination and to make application for his discharge.
