In the matter of \"The Bankruptcy Act, 1867,\" and \"The Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1868,\" and in the matter of RICHARD PERCIVAL, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, Plasterer.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the said RICHARD PERCIVAL, was this day adjudged Bankrupt upon his own petition: And, notice is hereby further given, that the order of adjudication is absolute, and prescribes Monday, the 14th day of December, 1868, at Three of the clock in the afternoon, at the Court House, Nelson, as the day, hour, and place, for the first meeting of the Creditors of the said Bankrupt, and that the time prescribed by the said Bankrupt, is required to within which the Bankrupt is required to surrender, is Monday, the 14th day of December, 1868, at the hour of One of the clock in the afternoon, at the said Court House, Nelson.
