NOTICE is hereby given, that an appli-
cation will be made to a Judge, or
the Registrar of this Honorable Court, in
Chambers on Friday, the 20th day of Novem-
ber, 1868, at the hour of Eleven of the
clock in the forenoon, or so soon thereafter
as Counsel can be heard, for a Declaration
of the complete execution of a certain Deed,
bearing date the 20th day of August, 1868,
made between the said FREDERICK STOCK
of the first part, JAMES TOWNSEND LOWE
and JOSEPH REID DODSON, therein des-
cribed, of the second part, and the several
other persons whose names are thereunto
subscribed, being Creditors of the said
FREDERICK STOCK, of the third part, and
which said Deed was duly filed in this
Honorable Court, at Nelson, on Saturday,
the 22nd day of August, 1868.

file at the office of the Registrar of the
Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson,
pursuant to the 45th section of the Bank-
ruptcy Act, 1867, a declaration that he the
said RICHARD PERCIVAL was unable to meet
his engagements with his Creditors.
