IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.
In the matter of \"The Bankruptcy Act, 1867,\" and in the matter of the petition of RICHARD BIRD PRINGLE, of the City of Nelson, Storekeeper.
NOTICE is hereby given that the said RICHARD BIRD PRINGLE was this day adjudged Bankrupt upon his own petition; And, notice is hereby further given, that the order of adjudication is absolute, and prescribes Monday, the 14th day of September, 1868, at Three of the clock in the afternoon, at the Court-House, Nelson, as the day, hour, and place, for the first meeting of the Creditors of the said Bankrupt, and that the time prescribed by the said order, within which the Bankrupt is required to surrender, is Monday, the said 14th day of September, 1868, at the hour of One of the clock, in the afternoon at the said Court-House.

NOTICE is hereby given that THOMAS COLLEDGE CROOKE, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Painter, Glazier, and Paperhanger, has this day filed at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th Section of \"The Bankruptcy Act, 1867,\" a declaration that he, the said THOMAS COLLEDGE CROOKE, is unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.

NOTICE is hereby given, that EUGENE DESAUNAIS, of Quail Valley, in the District of Waimea South, in the Province of Nelson, Farmer, did, on Monday, the 7th day of September, 1868, file, at the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th Section of \"The Bankruptcy Act, 1867,\" a declaration that he, the said EUGENE DESAUNAIS, was unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.
