IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW
ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act,
1867," and in the matter of JOSEPH
EDWARDS, of the City of Nelson, in the
Province of Nelson, Innkeeper.
NOTICE is hereby given that by a Deed,
bearing date the 5th day of September,
1868, and made between the said JOSEPH
EDWARDS of the first part, JOSEPH REED
DODSON, of the said City of Nelson, Brewer,
and JOHN EDWARDS, of the same city,
Carpenter, of the second part, and the
several other persons whose names are
thereunto subscribed, being Creditors of the
said JOSEPH EDWARDS, of the third part,
the said JOSEPH EDWARDS conveyed and
assigned all and singular his real and personal
estate and effects unto the said JOSEPH
REED DODSON, and JOHN EDWARDS, their
heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns
upon trust for the benefit of all the Credi-
tors of the said JOSEPH EDWARDS: And,
notice is hereby further given, that the said
deed was duly executed by the said
JOSEPH EDWARDS in the presence of and
is attested by HENRY ADAMS of the said City
of Nelson, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court
of New Zealand, and that the said deed is
also executed by the said Trustees: And,
notice is hereby further given that the said
deed was duly filed in the office of the
Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson,
on Saturday, the 5th day of September, 1868.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act,
1867."
NOTICE is hereby given that JOSEPH
WATKINS, of Quail Valley, in the
District of Waimea South, in the Province
of Nelson, Farmer, did on Saturday, the 5th
day of September, 1868, file at the office of
the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New
Zealand, at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th
Section of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a
declaration that he the said JOSEPH WAT-
KINS was unable to meet his engagements
with his Creditors.
Dated this 5th day of September, 1868.

1867."
NOTICE is hereby given that ADAM
PORTER, of the Town of Westport,
in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand,
has this day filed in this Honorable Court, a
declaration that he is unable to meet his
engagements with his Creditors.
