IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.

IN the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of WILLIAM STRACHAN, of Picton, in the Province of Marlborough, in New Zealand, Farmer.

NOTICE is hereby given that an application will be made to a Judge of this Honorable Court in chambers on Tuesday the 4th day of August, 1868, at the hour of eleven of the clock in the forenoon, for a declaration of the complete execution of a certain deed bearing date the 27th day of April, 1868, made between the said WILLIAM STRACHAN of the first part, ARTHUR BEAUCHAMP and THOMAS GALLOWAY, therein described of the second part, and all and singular the persons who are creditors of the said WILLIAM STRACHAN, of the third part, and which said deed was duly filed in this Honorable Court at Nelson, on the 4th day of May, 1868.
