In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of HERMANN BROWN and ISIDOR LISSNER, both of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, and Colony of New Zealand, Drapers, trading together in co-partnership under the style or firm of "BROWN AND LISSNER," Bankrupts.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the above Court did, this day, appoint a Public Sitting to take place on Tuesday, the 18th day of August now next ensuing, at Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, at Westport above-mentioned, for the above-named Bankrupts to pass their last examination and make application for their discharge. And notice is hereby further given, that the said Bankrupts intend to apply to the said Court, at the time and place aforesaid, for an order of discharge, discharging them from all debts, claims, and demands, whatsoever provable under their Bankruptcy.
