has been appointed Collector and Assessor under the "Waterworks Act, 1863."

THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that
MR. HARRY HALL
has been appointed Third Pilot for the Port of Nelson.

NEW EDUCATION DISTRICT, to be called the District of NGATIMOTI, is hereby constituted, the boundaries whereof are as follows:—
On the North, the right bank of the Motueka River, and the Pangatotara Education District.
On the East, the surveyed sections numbered 51, 41, and 50, Waiwero district, on Square 3 inclusive.
On the South, sections 44 and 70, Waiwero, and sections 14, 20, 21, 22, 33, 16, and 19, on Square 3, Ngatimoti, and 58, on Square 7 inclusive.
On the West, Sections 41, 38, 37, 36, and 22, Ngatimoti, Square 7; and 17 and 75, Squa 7, Motueka.

THE SUPERINTENDENT directs it to be notified that in accordance with the Provisions of the "Education Act, 1863," he has appointed SATURDAY, the 8th day of August next, at Twelve o\'clock Noon, for the ELECTION of a LOCAL COMMITTEE OF EDUCATION for the DISTRICT OF NGATIMOTI, and that the Election shall be held at the School-House, Ngatimoti.
