In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of HERMANN BROWN and ISIDOR LISSNER, both of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Drapers, trading together in co-partnership, under the style or firm of "BROWN and LISSNER," Bankrupts.

NOTICE is hereby given, that at the first meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Bankrupts, held this day at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, Clerk of the above Court, at the Court-House at Westport above-mentioned, a resolution was passed by a majority representing three-fourths in value of the Creditors present or represented thereat, accepting a proposal, then made by the above-named Bankrupts, for taking their estate out of bankruptcy: And further, that the said meeting was adjourned until Eleven o'clock in the forenoon, on Saturday, the 18th day of July, now instant, at the place aforesaid.
