IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of JOHN SMART CRATE, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Commission Agent.

NOTICE is hereby given that the said JOHN SMART CRATE was this day adjudged Bankrupt upon his own petition: And Notice is hereby further given that the order of adjudication is absolute and prescribes Tuesday, the 7th day of July, 1868, at Three of the clock in the afternoon, at the Court-house, Nelson, as the day, hour, and place, for the first meeting of Creditors of the said bankrupt, and that the time prescribed by the said order, within which the bankrupt is required to surrender, is Tuesday, the said Seventh day of July, 1868, at the hour of One of the clock in the afternoon, at the said Court-house.

Dated this 26th day of June, 1868.
