In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of Sir WILLIAM STUART FORBES, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in the Colony of New Zealand, Baronet.
NOTICE is hereby given, that the said Sir WILLIAM STUART FORBES, was this day adjudged Bankrupt upon his own Petition: And Notice is hereby further given, that the order of adjudication is absolute and prescribes Monday, the 22nd day of June, 1868, at Three of the clock in the afternoon, at the Court-House, Nelson, as the day, hour, and place for the first meeting of Creditors of the said Bankrupt, and that the time prescribed by the said order within which the Bankrupt is required to surrender is Monday, the said 22nd day of June, 1868, at the hour One of the clock in the afternoon, at the said Court-House.
