IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND, NELSON DISTRICT.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of WILLIAM STRACHAN, of Picton, in the Province of Marlborough, in New Zealand, Farmer.

NOTICE is hereby given that by deed, bearing date the 27th day of April, 1868, made between the said WILLIAM STRACHAN of the first part, ARTHUR BEAUCHAMP, of Picton, aforesaid, Merchant, and THOMAS GALLOWAY, of Picton, aforesaid, Draper, of the second part, and all and singular, the persons who are Creditors of the said WILLIAM STRACHAN of the third part, the said WILLIAM STRACHAN conveyed and assigned all and singular his real and personal estate, whatsoever and wheresoever, unto the said ARTHUR BEAUCHAMP and THOMAS GALLOWAY, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, upon certain trusts, for the benefit of all the Creditors of the said WILLIAM STRACHAN: And Notice is hereby given, that the said Deed was duly executed by the said WILLIAM STRACHAN, on the 27th day of April, 1868, in the presence of EDWARD TENNYSON CONOLLY, of Picton, aforesaid, a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New Zealand, and that the same Deed was, on the Fourth day of May, 1868, duly filed in the Supreme Court of New Zealand, at Nelson.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of WILLIAM WALLACE, of the City of Nelson, in New Zealand, Watchmaker.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the said WILLIAM WALLACE, was this day adjudged bankrupt upon his own petition: And notice is hereby further given that the order of adjudication is absolute, and prescribes Monday, the 11th day of May, 1868, at three of the clock, in the afternoon, at the Court-House Nelson, as the day, hour, and place, for the first meeting of the Creditors of the Bankrupt, and that the time prescribed by the said order, within which the Bankrupt is required to surrender is Monday the 11th day of May, 1868, at the hour of one o'clock in the afternoon, at the said Court-House.

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND NORTH, HOLDEN AT WESTPORT.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867"; and in the matter of the Petition of PIERRE BOSSARD, of Caledonian Terrace, near Westport, in the Province of Nelson, New Zealand, Publican, not in custody.

NOTICE is hereby given, that this Court did this day adjudge the above-named PIERRE BOSSARD, Bankrupt, and ordered that a first meeting of the Creditors of the said PIERRE BOSSARD be held, and prescribed Monday, the 11th day of May, next, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the office of FRANCIS HARRIS, Esquire, Westport, as the day, hour, and place, for holding the said meeting.
