IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF WESTLAND, IN ITS BANKRUPTCY JURISDICTION.
In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," and in the matter of the petition of GEORGE HUYLER CLUTSAM, of Westport, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Comedian.
NOTICE is hereby given that the above named GEORGE HUYLER CLUTSAM, was this day adjudicated Bankrupt, and further, that the order of adjudication appoints a first meeting of the Creditors of the said GEORGE HUYLER CLUTSAM and prescribes Thursday, the sixteenth day of April, instant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, Westport, as the day, time, and place for holding the same meeting.

In the matter of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867."
NOTICE is hereby given, that JOHN SMART CRATE, of the City of Nelson, in the Province of Nelson, in New Zealand, Commission Agent, did, on Wednesday, the 15th day of April, 1868, file, at the office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Nelson, pursuant to the 45th section of "The Bankruptcy Act, 1867," a declaration that he, the said JOHN SMART CRATE, was unable to meet his engagements with his Creditors.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the above named HENRY WRIGHT was this day adjudicated bankrupt, and further, that the order of adjudication appoints a first meeting of the creditors of the said HENRY WRIGHT, and prescribes Thursday, the sixteenth day of April, instant, at ten o'clock in the forenoon, at the Court-House, Westport, as the day, hour, and place, for holding the same meeting.
